I started one of my new year resolutions!!!

Hello everyone, just want to share with you all that I have started my Healthy and balance life style last monday and am so, so happy with the results already... they said and is true: WE ARE WHAT WE EAT...

I work in a starbucks coffee shop (very busy unit) I am assistant manager so there are some days that my job is to be sitting for long hours doing paperwork... and as a busy unit sometimes I forget to eat and there is where we do wrong, our boddy should get some "fuel" every 3 to 4 hours is the only way to burn fat and get energy... believe me if you want to lose weight eat the right food in small amount every 3 to 4 hours, drink lots of fluids (water, tea, natura juices) skip the fizzy and sugary drinks aswell as sweets/cakes etc, and you will feel the difference in no time ;)

I will be porting some updates of this "new me" ;)

Lets get some inspiration...

As 2016 started I feel like something needs to change in my life, I have my New Years Resolution but don't know yet where to start... What about you guys??!!

2015 brought me and my family lots of experiences some great, some others not as great but that is life and we have to learn and carry on...

There is deffinitely one thing I learnt: NEVER STOP DREAMING...

I don't know about you guys but I am the kind of person that believes in the power of the universe, the power of the subconscious... I always believe that if you can imagine something or if you can dream it then you can get it... always focus on your goals and obviously work for it and it will happen somehow, I know some of you will say (I tried to believe in this "power" but then at the end it didnt happened) this is the part that we have to learn how to accept it, so what I suggest is: when the things that you "wanted" didnt came your way please meditate on that THINK was that actually something I really wanted? sometimes we think we want that "something" but then we question ourselves too much and our subconscious gets the wrong message... Our Subconscious gets all the messages the "same way" so we have to very careful with our "unconscious" thoughts...

I am going to suggest you guys to read the following book:

The power of the subconscious mind by joseph murphy

This book is just great!!! it will make think about some situations in your life that proves you how real this subconscious power is... and without you realizing it will set up your mind and keeps you more aware of your negative thoughts.

I hope you guys have a look at this fabulous book there is a audiobook avilable aswell so why not trying and get some positive changes for this new Year 2016!!!!
