Hello everyone, just want to share with you all that I have started my Healthy and balance life style last monday and am so, so happy with the results already... they said and is true: WE ARE WHAT WE EAT...
I work in a starbucks coffee shop (very busy unit) I am assistant manager so there are some days that my job is to be sitting for long hours doing paperwork... and as a busy unit sometimes I forget to eat and there is where we do wrong, our boddy should get some "fuel" every 3 to 4 hours is the only way to burn fat and get energy... believe me if you want to lose weight eat the right food in small amount every 3 to 4 hours, drink lots of fluids (water, tea, natura juices) skip the fizzy and sugary drinks aswell as sweets/cakes etc, and you will feel the difference in no time ;)
I will be porting some updates of this "new me" ;)
